Build muscles after 3 months: I would NEVER have thought that!

Some of the products have different names and labels. If you are new to supplements and want to make your own choice, you are advised to read the label before buying. You must always read the whole product. There are so many different products that you can find on the market. I am also recommending one specific supplement that I believe works for everyone. It is not a prescription drug. This supplement is called: "The Big Three" and it works best for everyone. "The Big Three" are:

1) Amino Acids (BCAAs) - These are the essential amino acids that your body needs to function properly. When you eat protein, your body breaks down all of the BCAAs that it is not getting from your food. When you take BCAAs, your body gets the amino acids from your food, and then makes the BCAAs into their own chemical structure. This process, called "proteolysis" is called "ketogenesis." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proteolysis) 2) Vitamin D - The vitamin D in your body is essential for your health and your muscle growth. "Vitamin D is the most abundant fat-soluble vitamin in your body. Vitamin D is also important for cell division. It is involved in the body's response to exercise, to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, to the regulation of your blood sugar levels, and to cell proliferation." (http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/nvsr/nvsr65/nvsr65_03_09.pdf) 3) BCAAs (Creatine Malate) - The BCAAs in protein are converted into creatine, and then into the amino acid methionine. This is called "methylation".
